This impressive spaceship MOC was recently built and shared by LEGO fan and flickr.com user BobDeQuatre who is known for his great space MOC's and was blogged here multiple times with his incredible creations. The shaping of ARES-3 is very unique and I realy liked the usage of different shades of the pink/violet on the hull as a trim color. According to the description this MOC was based on one of the builders LDD MOC which was created exactly three years ago.

This futuristic military aircraft model, Bell V-35 is shared by LEGO fan and flick.com user Sunder_59 in his photo-stream. I like the overall design and the color blocking on this vehicle. Actually this is a very high quality computer render picture rather than not a physical model but it deserved to be blogged with his impressive design. You can find the original 3d model of the vehicle in this mecabricks page. Custom figures with camo uniforms fits the vehicle very well. Rotating engines/propellers and the cockpit are the most beautiful sections in my opinion.

LEGO has great part variety to create a model which doesnt't look like a LEGO. LEGO Fan and flickr.com member Nicola Stocchi has recently shared an impressive model from Transformers 4 - Age of Extinction. It is very afflictive because it is totally build with LEGO Digital Designer and rendered. Grimlock is almost 1 meter long in his maximum dimension. Nicola used 4410 digital parts to create this beast and give an ability for movements for using technic pieces.

Yesterday TLG released an update for the LEGO Digital Designer (LDD) program. Update 4.3.9 includes 318 new LEGO elements including the big-fig and minifigure pieces what came out this and previous year. Huge canopy pieces, baloon piece, and lots of new flame pieces will be very useful for designers. We don't often blog digital creations but flickr member Dorian Glacet's Time machine is one of the exceptions. I liked the Time machine movie very much and this digital MOC really cought my attention. This digital model is built very movie-accurate and the rendering is done very well. The accessories and furniture in this scene are as good as the time machine itself. I especially like the pendulum clock on the corner.

LEGO Space fan and flickr.com member tsower built and share many great digital spaceship models in his photostream including micro-scale starships and larger scale shuttles and fighters.
