I'm a fan of brickbuilt movie characters especially if they have enough details and the right facial expression. LEGO fan and flickr.com user vincentkiew did a wonderful job creating John Wick chractter in LEGO form from the movie with the same name with the character. It's the perfect timing to share this since the third movie in the John Wick series is on theaters nowadays. LEGO fan and flickr.com user LEGO 7 shared this outstanding brickbuilt witch figure in his photo-stream. The clothing and the broomstick are looking amazingly well. The nose of the figure was built with a dark bluish gray banana piece which is also very creative.

Yesterday TLG released an update for the LEGO Digital Designer (LDD) program. Update 4.3.9 includes 318 new LEGO elements including the big-fig and minifigure pieces what came out this and previous year. Huge canopy pieces, baloon piece, and lots of new flame pieces will be very useful for designers. Information about the 2016 LEGO sets continue to be revealed on the internet. The box photos of one of the rumored Star Wars UCS sets, 75098 Assault on Hoth are revealed. It seems that the set will include a total of 16 minifigures and two big-figures including a tauntaun and a wampa. There are many seperate structures to build in this set including the shield generator, a defense turret, the ion cannon, a snowspeeder, the cave of the wampa and also a large hanger as the rebel command base. Containin 2144 pieces (Source: brickfan) and 18 figures this set will be priced as $249.99 according to brickset. It will be released on 5/1/2016.
