The Most Magnificent Bionicle Dragon Out There

We can all agree that the best looking MOCs are usually the ones that do not even look like it's made from LEGO pieces. And what better proof is there but Dees' The Cosmos? It is a true masterpiece incorporating elements from various colors, even the dinosaur tails and flippers back from the early 2000's. Wings and the underbody truely go to show how useful part spamming could be when trying to achieve organic shapes. And to be honest, various pedicles and horns and bits stemming from anywhere on this truly magnificent creature makes it look as if it doesn't conform to one single shape and what we observe in the pictures is just a momentary glimpse. Oh, and if you wanted to see how this MOC was put together, Dees also has a YouTube channel where he has a timelapse build of The Cosmos.

Royal Vay Dragon, An Amazing MOC Creature

Sometimes we see LEGO creations that are more than simple MOC pieces, more like art pieces built using LEGO elements. This one is an example for such a creation. LEGO fan and flick.com user Jayfa a.k.a. jayfa_mocs recently shared this amaing dragon model which is built in Red-Green-Gold colorscheme based on Christmas theme. The part usage and the shaping of all elemensts are done perfectly as well as the facial expression of the creature and posing of the limbs.

Amazing Red Dragon MOC by Mitch Phillips


This amazingly shaped red dragon MOC was recently shared by talented builder and LEGO Fan Mitch Phillips in his flickr.com photostream. The shaping and the texture of the creature is really şmpressive. Using rare tone of blue for the wing and leaf pieces is a good design choice. In contrast with the classic red tone it makes a nice contrasts in color. Making the scales of the dragon using flipper footgear pieces is another great idea which makes the creation unique.

Incredible Organic Creature Figure MOC: Cancer


This awesome organic looking alien creature MOC called "Cancer" was recently shred by talented builder and flickr.com user LEGO DOU Moko in his photo-stream. The creation does look so alien that it doesn't look like built with LEGO elements if you don't pay attention. At the same time the technique is really amazing and hard to understand how the builder connected all those special pieces together. The special pieces are from many different themes like Bionicle, Vikings, Hero Factory, Knights Kingdom and many more.

Ammonoidea Fictum by Leonid An

It is a challenge to build organic structure with LEGO bricks since most of hte LEGO pieces are blocky. Some talented builders manage to create wonderful creations using different building techniques and great part usage. One example for such a nice MOC is this prehistoric sea animal model, Ammonoidea Fictum built by flick.com user Leonid An. The tentacles and the eyes are done greatly bu the shell of the creature is the highlight of the MOC.

Scary Zerg Creatures from Starcraft by d' Qiu Brick


LEGO fan and flickr.com user d' Qiu Brick a.k.a. dennis qiu who was recently blogged here with his Transforming Sci-Fi Fighter Plane: Terror R-17 built amazing alien creatures called Zerg from famous PC game Star Craft. The details of the alien monsters are incredible and resembles the models from the game very much. I especially like the Zergling. It's face looks really scary with all those teeth and red eyes. Zerg devourer in the photo below has also a nice and accurate shape and the vibrant color choice for the wings and the body fits the MOC very well. The terrain underneath the creatures were also built beautifully matching the details from the game including crystals and skeletons.
