BB-8 says "Good Job!"

LEGO fan and flickr.com member willgalb shared this updated version of his BB-8 droid from the Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awekens. This model features the iconic "Good Job!" mode as well. I especially like the mosaic version of the pattern on the large sphere.

News! Summer 2016 Star Wars Sets Are Revealed!

We have collected photos of the Star Wars Summer 2016 sets from various sources from the internet for you. First of all lets start with the preliminary photos of the upcoming sets. Sorry for the very low resolution of the photos. These are the best quality photos we can currently find on the web. Click on the photos to enlarge them to see in better detail.

This one look very similar with the winter 2016 Star Wars set 75102 Poe's X-Wing Fighter but with a different color-scheme.

Next one is a clone turbo tank. This turbo tank look lot like 8098 Clone Turbo Tank  from 2010.

This set features a combat scene including a green-grey colored A-wing an advanced T-fighter (also known as Darth Vaders T-fighter). The set will include 4 minifigures and one of them will be a Darth Vader minifigure.

This one looks like some sort of Sith space ship.

There will be another large space ship for the Resistance.

First polybag is Kylo Rens ship in miniscale.

The second polybag is first order star destroyer in microscale

We found these more recently taken photos from the sets from a Toy convention. Shared in a youtube video by Geek Squad.

Finished designs of the new set boxes

New sets out of the boxes

New advent calendar is looking nice.

And the last photo is from a youtube video shared by spieletest where a LEGO employee talks about the new turbo tank.

Midi-size Poe's T70 X-Wing

Sometimes you don't have to build big MOC's to be create something great. LEGO and Star Wars MOC-builder Tim Goddard a.k.a. Rogue Bantha has recently shared this beautiful midi-size x-wing from the  Star Wars movie: The Force Awakens in his flickr.com photostream. The creator managed to capture the look of the movie vehicle very well. Usage of angled bar pieces creating the engine sections is also very creative.

News: LEGO Star Wars Game is coming!

LEGO Video Game for the new Star Wars movie: Episode 7: The Force Awakens is announced and a trailer video for the game is released by the official Star Wars youtube channel. Check out the video for the game which is actually looks like the funny LEGO version of the movie trailer. According to the announcement the new game will be on shelves on June 28, 2016 and we are really exited for the game as a LEGO and Star Wars Fans.

Jakku - Nima Outpost Diorama by Wookieewarrior

LEGO and Star Wars Fan Wookieewarrior shared this great Sci-fi Diorama based on the latest Star Wars Movie Episode 7: The Force Awakens. The details of the outpost are captured nicely in this diorama including the marketplace, various buildings and also the Millenium Falcon. The creator put many small details into the marketplace section but I think this great diorama needs even more photos to look at. The Milleinum falcon model looks like a MOC because it is definitely different and bigger than the latest set (but it looks alot like the UCS version so it can be a modified version of the set.)
