Jason who is the creator of the Youtube channel JK Brickworks, who is known for his amazing MOC's with mechanical constructions to animate them has shared this awesome Valentines Day themed Pop-up Book is in his flickr.com photostream. Youtube channel Today I Found Out shared this nice informational video answering the question: "Why Does Stepping on Legos Hurt So Much?" from a scientific point of view. Although using the term "Legos" is incredibly wrong among us LEGO fans its good to learn the science behind the pain you feel every time you step on bricks.

Realistic Lexion 760 Harvester Model by Michał Skorupka


LEGO fan and flickr.com user Eric Trax a.k.a. Michał Skorupka who is known for his realistic brickbuilt vehicle models shared this beautiful MOC in his photo-stream. Although I am not really enthusiastic about farming machines I am really impressed how accurate this MOC to the real vehicle is. The vehicle is full with different power functions and the builder also uploaded a video about the creation to show the functions as well.

LEGO fan and flickr.com user Paul a.k.a. Brickbaron shared this amazing LEGO creation depicting a scene from a 1950's comic book Batman vs Joker Gotham Theater Showdown in his photostream. This creation also has lots of Power Functions implemented in the MOC. Check out this youtube video to see Power Functions in action. With all those details, colors, techniques and functions this MOC is amazing beyond words.


In addition to his building talent, the builders photography and photo-editing skills are also incredible. The golden ornaments in front of the building were built nicely. Usage of air-baloon pieces for building the cannon is also a good idea.

Special Interview with Jason Allemann a.k.a JK Brickworks


This weeks guest of honor is a builder from Canada with his own unique and special building style. Jason Allemann a.k.a. JK Brickworks is known for his extraordinary kinetic/mechanized creations as well as nice looking MOC's. Our guest also has a wonderful youtube channel with many great videos. Don't forget to visit the channel. Photos from the work of our guest will be presented between the questions.

Kaplan: We already know that you are one of the greatest MOC'ers in the world. What can you tell us about yourself other than that?

Jason: My name is Jason Allemann, I'm 43 years old, and I live in Ottawa, Canada. I'm a software developer, currently self employed, and my other main interest is rock climbing. My partner Kristal and I usually spend most of the summer traveling to various rock climbing destinations around North America, camping along the way.

Upcoming LEGO Batman Movie is nearly a year away from now but we're expecting a better AFOL Fun on it. The first trailer of this movie has released on YouTube. I'm as an AFOL, it's very hard to wait for 2017.
