A Great Gatehouse MOC by Jako of Nerogue

This impressive gatehouse MOC was recently shared by flickr.com user and LEGO Fan Jako of Nerogue in his photostream. The texture of the walls is done greatly but my favourite part are the machicolations. Addition of thin bodied trees with autumn colors are also nice addition to the scenery. Check out the builders photostream for many more great historical MOC's.

Crow Knight Outpost

Talented LEGO builder and flickr.com user markus19840420 who is best known for his great historical and Star Wars MOC's recently post with wonderful Outpost MOC in his photostream. Accordingly to the name of the MOC, the outpost is occupied by the Tournament (Crow) Knight from the Collectible minifigure series 20. The texture and the shaping of the building walls are done very well. The vegetation all around the MOC looks also beautiful and just the right amount.

The detailing and color combinations are really great as well as the overall size of the creation. According to the description this MOC contains approximately 20.000 bricks. Island of Catan by Simon NH

LEGO Fan and flickr.com member Simon NH created a MOC that is full of different texturing techniques and well-designed brick built water effect. Two islands which have two different buildings on it has connected with a small wooden bridge. The Church has a roof with well known yellow hand piece technique. Color selection of wall section for church is impressive. The house which has roof room section that is builded by boat pieces has stunning ruined stone wall technique. Just like every piece in this building try to make this building impressive. I also liked the small wave effect near to the harbor. Island of Catan is a masterpiece!
