Historic Harbour Scene

This wonderful harbour scene was built by flickr.com user Vaionaut. I like realistic texturing of all surfaces including the the water-surface and the building walls. The MOC stands out with many great details and historically accurate building style as well as with very good photo editing quality. Check out the builders photo-stream for many more great LEGO creations.

LEGO fan and flickr.com user Rocco Buttliere who is known for his great micro-scale architecture-line style MOC's recently shared this amazing micro model of the Golden Gate Bridge, an iconic structure from USA. I'm really amazed by the construction techniques used by the builder. Thousands of detail pieces like connectors, hoses, pins and many Technic pieces are used besides standard parts for form the details of the bridge and the outcome is just perfect for its scale. Don't forget to check out the builders photo-stream for more photos of this beautiful MOC and his many other great micro-builds.

LEGO fan and flickr.com user Jme Wheeler a.k.a. Klikstyle recenty shared this colorful and beautiful vignette named "Poor Unfortunate Souls" that features the two famous disney characters Ursula and Ariel from the Disney Collectible Minifigure Series. According to the description this MOC was built as  one of five vignettes the builder did for Blocks magazine. I like the design of the floor built with rounded slope pieces making it look like a deep sea sand. The jelly-fish built using a transparent dark pink umbrella piece is also another beautiful highlight of the MOC in my opinion

Ocean Park Hong Kong with Brick-built Orca Inside!

LEGO fan and flickr.com user alanboar recently shared this colorful and beautiful amusement/water park MOC in this photostream. This creation is inspired from the Ocean Park Hong Kong and includes both water and land attractions at the same time. Partially depicted roller coaster and cablecar are nice additions to the scene however my favourite part is absolutely the brick-built orca.

The black lake and the micro scale antique-age building were greatly but the highlight is the giant zombi turtle built with actual shield pieces on sides. LEGO Model Creator and one of our favorite flickr.com member Arjan Oude Kotte who generally works on LEGO models of real ships, created an entry for ideas. In Brickton Harbour, Harpers Baitshop ready to serve for fishermen. Perfect combination of Dark Red, Reddish Brown and Bley pieces to create a living harbour look. Building technique of the Harpers Baitshop is absolutely different and brilliant. I fall in love with Konajra's creations.
