Blockbuster movie Avatar by James Cameron was a highly anticipated movie back in 2009. Now, in 2022 it's sequal, Avatar: the way of water is coming to the cinemas soon. LEGO suprised us with the licenced theme about the franchise. First official, high quality images are arrived for one of the sets from the line. 75574 is a lovely set full of natural life and Navi people. I especially like the representation of Navi people with long legs similar to Woodie minifigure in the original Toy Story theme. You can click on the images to enlarge.

Talented LEGO MOC'er and flick.com user Eero Okkonen who is well known for his amazing character MOC's recently shared this awesome and unusual MOC, Wooden Man in his photostream. Of course at first glance the character reminds us the Ents from Lord of the Rings franchise. The shaping of the figure is great as always and I really like the natural sitting pose. This time I feel that the MOC has also philosophical meaning behind it involving the relation of nature and technology. Talented LEGO MOC'er and flick.com user Moko a.k.a LEGO DOU Moko recently shared this cute mini Optimus Prime which can also transform into truck form as well. The level of detail and articulation is amazing at this scale. It's also very easy to build and would stand very nicely on display side by side with the new upcoming official LEGO Optimus Prime set. Talented LEGO builder Pawel Michalak a.k.a Montgomery Burns shared this awesome farming vehichle in his flick.com photostream. Since LEGO will be releasing new farm sets in June 2022, this MOC is timed nicely. According to the description, this model is inspired by the Polish harvester "Bizon". The shaping and the accessory details are greatly modeled. The builder is also one of our former Guest of Honors, so don't forget to check out our interview with the MOC'er.

This amazing scale model of iconic fighter aircraft F-14 Tomcat was recently shared by talented MOC builder Robert Lundmark in his flickr.com photostream. The shaping of the hull and wings looks really amazing and I really think that at this scale the design could not be better. I really like the inclusion of minifigure pilots which is a missing feature on most of the scaled MOC's online. This wonderfull small diorama showing a scene from the Lord of the Rings movie series, depicting Frodo and Gandalf in Rivendell was recently shared by talented LEGO MOC'er Jonar Kramm a.k.a. Legopard in his flickr.com photostream. Once again he proved us that making small MOC's do not limit the creativity that one MOC can include. According to the description this diorama is a continuation of small dioramas related to Lord of the Rings saga. Previous 13 MOC's can be found in the photostrem of Thorsten Bonsch a.k.a. Xenomurphy, who is a well known talented MOC'er and one of our previous Guests of Honor. The MOC itself contains lots of small details and great use of parts. I especially like the golden decorations and the candleholder design.

Images for the upcoming LEGO Ideas set 40533 Cosmic Cardboard Adventures have been leaked. The set look very cute and it reminds another previous small set 40335 Space Rocket Ride. Set includes one minifigure and two animal figures, one teddy bear and one cat.

This awesome MTT (Multi-Troop-Transport) model from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace is recently share by flick.com user and LEGO fan Caleb Ricks in his photostream. With all the angles, details and play functions this is absolutely my favourite MTT MOC so far. I really liked how the front section opens to reveal the battle droid rack very accurately as seen in the movie. Check out the builders photostream for more details and other MOC's.

While it kind of resembles Megatron from Transformers movies, the color scheme of this MOC indicates more friendlier intentions. White Paladin by Scatman Orange is an ornately decorated mecha, worthy of its name. The greebling all around his body are remarks of beautiful Lego building. All the curves and bends and dents and edges fit together in a quite harmonious way. Check out this builders Instagram page for his other works.
