Vintage Computer Room by Johan Alexanderson

This wonderful and nostalgic interior scene MOC was built and recently shared by flickr.com user and talented MOC'er Johan Alexanderson (Jalex) who was also one of our guest of honors. This MOC is full of  small details like furniture and technical eqipment. I belive the creator really managed to create the feeling of computer rooms from 70's. The builder have created more interior scenes like this one before. "Christmas living room" and "Classroom" are my favorites. Check out the builders flickr.com photostream for many more great MOC's.

Historic Harbour Scene


This wonderful harbour scene was built by flickr.com user Vaionaut. I like realistic texturing of all surfaces including the the water-surface and the building walls. The MOC stands out with many great details and historically accurate building style as well as with very good photo editing quality. Royal Joust by Przemysław Czarnik

LEGO fan Przemysław Czarnik a.k.a. siriusprzem shared this vibrant colored diorama of a medieval Joust scene in his flick.com photo-stream. I really like how colorful the MOC is and the smoothness of the kings seat section. Small details like training young lings on the corner, dragon suit guy running as a mascot and inclusion of so many castle figures added life to the MOC. f you want to see more great MOC's, I can recommend you to check out the builders previous great MOC's like the Osterode RathausAztecs pyramid and Monastery Brewery.

Mount Rushmore National Memorial Diorama by Rocco Buttliere

This awesome diorama of Mount Rushmore National Memorial was recently shared by LEGO MOC'er Rocco Buttliere in his flickr.com photo-stream. The amount of detail is amazing on this creation. Awesome Micro-scale Battle of Hoth Diorama

Star Wars fan and flickr.com user GolPlaysWithLego shared this awesome micro-scale Battle of Hoth scene from the Movie, Star Wars Episode V: Empire Strikes Back (1980) in his photo-stream. The awesomeness of the creation comes from the amazing shaping of the AT-AT walker. The body of the walker is especially well design with film-accurate angles. The legs and the head are also well designed. Small defense turret and T-47 Snowspeeders complete the diorama beautifully.

Krennic's Stardestroyer from Star Wars: Rogue One by Paul Trach


One of our guest of honors, Paul Trach a.k.a. Disco86 recently shared this outstanding interior vignette featuring Krennic's Stardestroyer from the upoming Star Wars movie Rogue One. The the custom figure for Krennic and imperial death troopers were built very well but what I liked the most are the texturing on the walls and and the floor. The unique shape of the window in combination with perfect background lights is amazing as well

Huge LEGO Quidditch Harry Potter Scene

There are some MOC's that are so great and unforgettable even after years. LEGO fan and flickr.com user Martin Harris together with his son have built such a MOC and shared beautiful photos from it. The design of the stadium with all colorful towers and the elliptic shape of the field this diorama resembles the version from the Quidditch game scene from the Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone  movie very much. Youtube channel Beyond the Brick shared a video from BrickFair Virginia 2016 featuring the builder and the MOC.

1950's Batman vs Joker Gotham Theater Showdown

LEGO fan and flickr.com user Paul a.k.a. Brickbaron shared this amazing LEGO creation depicting a scene from a 1950's comic book Batman vs Joker Gotham Theater Showdown in his photostream. This creation also has lots of Power Functions implemented in the MOC. Check out this youtube video to see Power Functions in action. With all those details, colors, techniques and functions this MOC is amazing beyond words.


In addition to his building talent, the builders photography and photo-editing skills are also incredible. The golden ornaments in front of the building were built nicely. Usage of air-baloon pieces for building the cannon is also a good idea.

The Burrow from Harry Potter by Marcel V.

Talented MOC'er and flickr.com user Marcel V. recently shared this amazing creation featuring the Burrow, the family home of the Weasley family in the Harry Potter movie series. The design of the buildings and landscape is very accurate to the actual movie scenes. According to the description in the flickr photo page different interesting building techniques from various MOC'ers are are used in this creation. I especially like the usage of flexible hose pieces to build the gray colored building.

An unordinary talented photographer of LEGO World



A LEGO fan and flickr.com member Vesa Lehtimäkiv has been sharing impressive LEGO photographs in his photostream. Vesa is talented photographer and have strong skills about photo editing. His angles and lightning management is like a lesson for beginners. Every LEGO fan have to follow his account, I think.

I Wanna Play a Game


Talented builder and flickr.com user Letranger Absurde a.k.a. vitreolum shared this outstanding vignette picturing the iconic scene from the famous horror movie Saw (2004). The texturing on the walls and the minifigure posing were done greatly on this. I also like the idea of using lightsaber hilts as taps. Check the creators photo-stream for more iconic scenes from different movies.

Best place to live


LEGO Fan and flickr.com member Wookieewarrior has recently created a scene from mysterious Hobbit town, Hobbiton. Every MOCer know that it is very hard to create a rounded doorframe but he did it well! I mostly liked the deformed wall outside the building and cute chimney.

LEGO Fan and talented Sci-fi MOC builder I Scream Clone shared this large and amazing Sci-fi creation in his flickr.com photo-stream. The diorama includes huge amount of details with interesting colors and tons of alien figures. Monorail around the buildings is a nice touch to the scene too. According to the description this MOC is built for the Sydney Brick Show 2016.
 
I especially liked the bilboards made of bricks.

LEGO Fan and flickr.com member Sergeant Chipmunk has recently shared a scene that we're very familiar with LOTR trilogy. He recreated the scene that the Fellowship tried to pass through the Redhorn Gate. He successfully created the rocky mountain walls with ice and snow.

Time Machine by Dorian Glacet


We don't often blog digital creations but flickr member Dorian Glacet's Time machine is one of the exceptions. I liked the Time machine movie very much and this digital MOC really cought my attention. This digital model is built very movie-accurate and the rendering is done very well. The accessories and furniture in this scene are as good as the time machine itself. I especially like the pendulum clock on the corner.
